1. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, US and many more. Please input your address at checkout to confirm if we ship to your country.
2. How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Standard Shipping (Royal Mail, Evri): 2–5 working days – £3.49
• Express Shipping (Royal Mail, Evri): 1–2 working days – £5.99
• International Shipping: please refer to our international shipping section.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
3. Do you accept returns?

4. How do I know my size?
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a modest fit. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering your djellaba. For our khimar abaya sets, the size guide is in the description
5. Are your products true to the pictures?
All our products are photographed in-house and described as accurately as possible. Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
