1. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across the EU only. Other international shipping is not available at the moment but we’ll be expanding soon, so stay tuned!

2. How long does shipping take?

    •    Standard Shipping (Royal Mail): 2–5 working days – £3.49

    •    Express Shipping (Royal Mail): 1–2 working days – £5.99

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

3. Do you accept returns?

Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section for full details.

4. How do I know my size?

If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a modest fit. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering your djellaba. For our khimar abaya sets, the size guide is in the description

5. Are your products true to the pictures?

All our products are photographed in-house and described as accurately as possible. Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
