Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery country and order weight and will be displayed at checkout before payment.


Estimated Delivery Times

International delivery typically takes 4–11 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

Carrier Responsibility

Once your parcel leaves the UK, it is under the control of the international courier and local postal service. Please contact the courier directly using your tracking number for delivery updates. If you’re having difficulties with tracking your parcel please feel free to contact us 


VAT, Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to VAT, import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees when entering your country. These charges:

• Are set by your local customs authority

• Are not controlled by us

• Are not included in our prices or shipping costs

• Are the responsibility of the customer


If unsure, please check with your local customs office before ordering.


Unpaid Customs Charges

If customs fees are due, the courier or customs authority will usually allow several days for payment and may issue reminders. If the charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, any refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued at our discretion.


If your order is returned to us, you must contact us within
72 hours of the parcel being marked as returned to arrange a refund or redelivery. Requests after this period may not be accepted.

 

Customs Delays

Customs clearance times vary by country and may cause delays beyond our control. If customs fees are not paid promptly, parcels may be placed on hold, which can further delay delivery.

House of Bilad is not responsible for customs-related delays.

 

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the parcel.
