Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery country and the total weight of your order. This will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Our international shipping can take anywhere from 3 to 13 business days.

VAT, Customs & Import Fees

International orders MAY be subject to VAT, import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees once the parcel arrives in your country. While not all international orders will be subject to these fees, it is still possible.

These fees are:

-set by your local government/customs authority

-These charges are not set by us.

-not included in our product prices or shipping charges

-the responsibility of the customer

Customs Delays

Customs processing times vary by country and can occasionally cause delays beyond our control. HouseofBilad is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, you may be required to pay additional shipping costs to have the order re sent.
