EU Order Cancellation (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order any time before dispatch and/or within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your order.

Once we receive your request, we will confirm receipt and provide further instructions if your order has already been dispatched. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.

Please note that the cost of returning the item to us will be covered by you.
