At House of Bilad, each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We trust you will be delighted with your order; however, in the rare event that something is not quite right, we are here to help.

Change of Mind:

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or if the item is simply not to your taste. Each piece is carefully inspected and described to help you make an informed purchase. We encourage you to review all product details, sizing information, and images before placing your order.

Faulty Items:

Should your item arrive in a condition that is less than perfect, please contact us within 72 hours of you receiving the item. We will gladly arrange a replacement. 

Sizing Adjustments:

If your chosen size is not a perfect fit, we are pleased to offer an exchange for an alternative size, subject to stock availability. This does not apply to our niqab sets.

Handcrafted Characteristics:

As many of our garments are handmade, minor production marks such as loose threads, tailor’s chalk, or light removable markings may occasionally be present. These are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered faults. Items returned for these reasons will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Discretionary Considerations:

We understand that unique circumstances may arise. Should you require special assistance, we invite you to contact us directly and our team will review your request with care.

Return Requirements:

To preserve the integrity of our garments and due to hygiene, all returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions:

Initiated within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, unmarked, and with all original tags and packaging.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
